About Michael J. Barbera, our President & Founder
Well-known nationwide for over 30 years, Michael continues to be highly respected in the Corporate Proxy industry. After graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Criminal Justice, his professional career in the Corporate Proxy industry allowed him to form a firm foundation. As a Proxy Services Specialist and Election Judge for over 1,500 annual and special meetings as well as at more than 250 contested meetings, his career includes leadership experience as:
